The height is adjustable so it's perfect for him as we can make the right size for him now & make it higher later when needed. His Dad & I can play with him & shoot and not have the hoop fall down like the other hoops for young kids. It's very sturdy, great for backyard play & easy assembly!!! Don not get any other HOOP!!!!!
